At ITW Sport, we have created a high-performance sports centre that combines science, experience, and technology to support each high-performance athlete. Our comprehensive approach focuses on the body, mind, and habits of each athlete, at every stage of their development.
We believe that high performance in sport is not a universal formula, but a personalised process that respects each individual's timing, goals, and personal history. That’s why we design tailored plans combining physical training, injury prevention, recovery, nutrition, and mental health, supported by a specialised multidisciplinary team.

We have a dedicated space in Barcelona specifically designed to support each athlete’s continuous improvement process. Our facilities are fully equipped to enable in-depth work.
Each session takes place in a professional, carefully maintained environment, tailored to the specific goals of the athlete. We believe the environment is also part of performance, which is why we pay attention to every detail of the space where we work.
We work with a continuous evaluation and planning system that allows us to adjust each programme according to the athlete’s condition and development:
We start with a physical, functional, and emotional analysis of the athlete. We review their injury history, current habits, and both short- and long-term goals.
We design a personalised programme that combines physical training with nutritional, therapeutic, and mental work.
We carry out the necessary sessions: functional training, physiotherapy, psychological interventions, or nutritional guidance, depending on each case.
We use measurement tools to monitor workload, fatigue, recovery, and the body's response to the plan.
We periodically review the results and adjust the plan to ensure progress, avoid stagnation, and prevent injuries.
