At ITW Sport, we view athletes' health and performance from a global perspective. Our sports physiotherapy and osteopathy area offers an integrated approach to help prevent injuries, speed up recovery, and keep the body ready to train and compete at the highest level.
Each intervention is designed according to the athlete’s real context: their history, their sport, their training and competition schedule.
«Our goal is to offer a rigorous, personalized treatment adapted to the timing
and demands of each sport»
Our sports physiotherapy is based on precise assessment and individualized treatment. Rather than offering temporary solutions, we aim to resolve the root cause of the problem so the athlete can return to training with full confidence.
We work with advanced manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, load management, and technology to support the athlete through all phases of the process: from the acute injury phase to final reconditioning.
Sports physiotherapy at ITW Sport not only focuses on aiding recovery, but also on optimizing muscle function, improving movement patterns, and reducing injury risk. Treatment is always aligned with the athlete’s goals and the rest of the performance team.

Sports osteopathy is a key tool for identifying and correcting restrictions that alter the body’s function, often without causing obvious symptoms.
In the sports context, we apply osteopathic techniques designed to release tension, improve joint mobility, and enhance the relationship between different body structures. This not only relieves pain but also facilitates a better training response and more effective recovery.
We integrate osteopathy naturally with physiotherapy and physical training, enhancing results and helping the body function as a more coordinated and efficient unit.
Our treatment begins with an individual assessment of each athlete. We use technological tools and functional tests to identify muscular, joint, or neurological alterations that may be affecting performance or causing some type of pain. This step allows us to clearly determine which techniques are needed: physiotherapy, osteopathy, or a combination of both.
We don't treat isolated symptoms; instead, we understand the demands that each sport places on the body. Whether during preseason, recovery phases, or in full competition, we adjust therapeutic techniques—both manual and instrumental—to the specific context.
One of our strengths is coordinated work with the rest of the high-performance sports center at ITW Sport. If during treatment we detect needs in individualized physical preparation, reconditioning, or sports nutrition, we create a comprehensive plan to optimize recovery and prevent future injuries. In this way, we ensure that the benefits of treatment extend beyond the treatment table and translate onto the playing field
Sports physiotherapy is a specialty focused on the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery of injuries related to physical activity. It is based on functional and personalized work aimed at helping athletes recover safely and effectively.
Sports osteopathy helps detect and treat mobility restrictions that can impact performance or cause discomfort. In the sports field, it contributes to improving body biomechanics and optimizing training response.
Yes. By enhancing mobility, releasing tension, and restoring body balance, osteopathy can facilitate better execution of technical movements and greater efficiency, which translates into improved performance.
