{"id":3545,"date":"2021-02-28T16:19:00","date_gmt":"2021-02-28T16:19:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/itw.hilldevelop.com\/?p=3545"},"modified":"2025-11-19T14:20:47","modified_gmt":"2025-11-19T14:20:47","slug":"exercicios-de-baloncesto-3-contra-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/itwsport.com\/gl\/exercicios-de-baloncesto-3-contra-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Exercicios de baloncesto 3 contra 3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"translation-block\">Nos tempos que vivimos, \u00e9 de vital importancia manter viva a chama do entusiasmo nos xogadores, a\u00ednda que o contexto cultural e social non axude en absoluto; por iso, agora m\u00e1is que nunca, debemos estar decididos a garantir que os xogadores <strong>volvan \u00e1 pr\u00f3xima sesi\u00f3n de adestramento con ganas de participar en todo canto nos propo\u00f1amos facer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unha forma que atopei de fomentar a competencia entre os meus xogadores \u00e9 organizar unha liga de 3 contra 3 como parte do adestramento d\u00faas veces por semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Beneficios dos exercicios de baloncesto 3\u00d73 para o desenvolvemento do xogador:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hai m\u00e1is espazo no terreo de xogo porque hai menos xogadores que nunha situaci\u00f3n de partido real; en consecuencia, hai menos incerteza tanto no ataque como na defensa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perm\u00edtenos mellorar o xogo con conceptos t\u00e9cnicos e t\u00e1cticos, xa que \u00e9 a formaci\u00f3n impar a que m\u00e1is se asemella ao 5 contra 5.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Os xogadores poden facer substituci\u00f3ns sempre que queiran. \u00c9 interesante ver como se organizan sen o adestrador, xa que \u00e9 ent\u00f3n cando xorden l\u00edderes e se poden formar asociaci\u00f3ns entre xogadores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per\u00edodos m\u00e1is curtos de posesi\u00f3n, o que fomenta unha maior eficiencia no xogo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-16018d1d wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-white-color has-vivid-red-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/itwsport.com\/gl\/campamento-de-adestramento-tecnico-de-veran\/\">Campus de ver\u00e1n: Descubre m\u00e1is<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Como organizar o concurso:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>O noso obxectivo \u00e9 garantir que todos os xogadores xogasen contra e con todos os demais antes do final da liga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se queremos traballar en conceptos, recompensaremos o seu uso e a s\u00faa eficacia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O ga\u00f1ador da competici\u00f3n ser\u00e1 o xogador con m\u00e1is puntos. A puntuaci\u00f3n de cada xogador conta para a clasificaci\u00f3n individual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O sistema de puntos ser\u00e1 o seguinte: Partido ga\u00f1ado por 3 ou m\u00e1is puntos = 4 puntos. Partido ga\u00f1ado por menos de 3 puntos = 2 puntos. Partido perdido = 1 punto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A puntuaci\u00f3n no partido ser\u00e1 a mesma que nas regras oficiais de 3\u00d73.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cada partido durar\u00e1 6 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O tempo de posesi\u00f3n ser\u00e1 de 12 segundos e de 7 segundos no caso dun rebote ofensivo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">10+1 t\u00e1cticas 3\u00d73<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Non permitas que un defensa marque dous xogadores. Boa separaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fai un seguimento das penetraci\u00f3ns. Mantente dentro do campo de visi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixa que o teu compa\u00f1eiro de equipo leve a iniciativa co bal\u00f3n. A idea aqu\u00ed non \u00e9 estorbar ao teu compa\u00f1eiro de equipo cando est\u00e1 en movemento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Segue sendo perigoso despois de soltar a bola. Emprega a funci\u00f3n 'Relocate'.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proporciona polo menos unha opci\u00f3n de pase para o xogador en posesi\u00f3n. Negar o centro en situaci\u00f3ns de un contra un e sempre tentar quedar diante do bal\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empregando o concepto de interromper a penetraci\u00f3n mediante enganos defensivos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fomenta o h\u00e1bito de ir a polos rebotes ofensivos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evita que os opo\u00f1entes rouben os rebotes con facilidade.
