Et si l'on y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit bien, l'apprentissage est \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la survie. Comme il s'agit de l'objectif principal, le cerveau n'aime pas le changement. Le cerveau se sent plus d\u00e9tendu dans des environnements et des activit\u00e9s familiers ou avec des personnes famili\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">&lt;Lorsque les environnements ou les activit\u00e9s sont nouveaux et que les gens ne sont pas familiers, il devient vigilant, interpr\u00e9tant ces situations comme des dangers potentiels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C'est notamment la raison pour laquelle de nombreuses personnes sont non seulement r\u00e9fractaires au changement, mais que le changement leur cause une grande fatigue, alors qu'elles se sentent \u00e0 l'aise dans des situations routini\u00e8res et ne ressentent pas de fatigue extraordinaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Bien s\u00fbr, si vous voulez changer cela et devenir des personnes qui sont \u00e0 l'aise et qui aiment m\u00eame les nouvelles situations, <strong>cela peut \u00eatre form\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Comment se pr\u00e9parer \u00e9motionnellement ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C'est justement le fait que le cerveau aime les choses r\u00e9p\u00e9titives et famili\u00e8res qui l'aident. Prenons l'exemple suivant : pendant la journ\u00e9e, vous faites des activit\u00e9s normales (travailler, aller \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole, etc.) et le soir, vous allez vous entra\u00eener.
