Le fait est que nous partons tous du principe que dans un sport de contact comme le basket-ball, il est possible de quitter les s\u00e9ances d'entra\u00eenement et les matchs avec une ou deux des courses, tout en ex\u00e9cutant des mouvements avec les mains (passes, r\u00e9ceptions, lancers, rebonds, ...).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que sport combinant l'utilisation des membres sup\u00e9rieurs et inf\u00e9rieurs, les blessures peuvent survenir aux deux niveaux, et les blessures les plus courantes sont les suivantes [1] :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Capsulite des articulations interphalangiennes de la main.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entorses de la cheville.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00e9sions musculaires, m\u00e9nisques, ligament crois\u00e9 ant\u00e9rieur, individualis\u00e9e des performances<\/strong> et, avec la collaboration de la <strong>physioth\u00e9rapie<\/strong>, nous veillons \u00e0 ce que les joueurs exploitent pleinement leur potentiel avec le <strong>moindre risque de souffrir de blessures<\/strong> [2], et s'ils en souffrent, nous parvenons \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les temps de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une pr\u00e9paration
