Els infants i adolescents, que es troben en ple desenvolupament f\u00edsic i psicol\u00f2gic, s\u00f3n m\u00e9s propensos a patir lesions si no s\u2019apliquen estrat\u00e8gies adequades a l\u2019entrenament.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest article t\u2019expliquem com <strong>planificar un entrenament segur<\/strong> en categories inferiors i quines pr\u00e0ctiques ajuden a reduir el risc de lesions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s clau la prevenci\u00f3 de lesions en l\u2019esport infantil?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant l\u2019etapa formativa, el cos encara no ha assolit la maduresa estructural. El creixement ossi, la manca de coordinaci\u00f3 i la fatiga per sobreentrenament s\u00f3n factors que augmenten la probabilitat de <a href=\"https:\/\/itwsport.com\/ca\/lesions-frequents-al-basquet\/\">lesions<\/a>. Escalfament Din\u00e0mic i Espec\u00edfic<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un bon escalfament ha d\u2019activar les articulacions, elevar la temperatura corporal i preparar el sistema neuromuscular. Incorporar mobilitat articular, exercicis de propiocepci\u00f3 i activaci\u00f3 muscular pot reduir significativament el risc de lesi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong>2. Entrenament T\u00e8cnic<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ensenyament correcte dels fonaments t\u00e8cnics (salts, recepcions, canvis de direcci\u00f3, frenades) evita moviments lesius. La preparaci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica ha d\u2019adaptar-se completament a l\u2019edat i al nivell maduratiu del jugador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong>3. Planificaci\u00f3 del Volum de C\u00e0rrega<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Evitar el sobreentrenament \u00e9s fonamental. Un augment excessiu de la c\u00e0rrega sense una progressi\u00f3 adequada pot provocar fatiga acumulada i, en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, augmentar el risc de lesi\u00f3. Utilitza microcicles amb dies de recuperaci\u00f3 activa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong>4. Treball de For\u00e7a i Estabilitat<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Incloure exercicis de for\u00e7a adaptada (especialment del tren inferior i core), equilibri i propiocepci\u00f3 millora l\u2019estabilitat articular.
