{"id":3647,"date":"2022-03-25T08:32:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-25T08:32:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/itw.hilldevelop.com\/?p=3647"},"modified":"2025-11-19T14:20:47","modified_gmt":"2025-11-19T14:20:47","slug":"preparar-se-emocionalment-al-basquet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/itwsport.com\/ca\/preparar-se-emocionalment-al-basquet\/","title":{"rendered":"Preparar-se emocionalment en el b\u00e0squet"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Preparar-se emocionalment \u00e9s una de les claus en la nostra evoluci\u00f3 com a jugador, per\u00f2 abans de comen\u00e7ar a veure qu\u00e8 es pot fer per millorar l\u2019aspecte mental, val la pena entendre com funciona el cervell de les persones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cervell t\u00e9 dues funcions principals: la superviv\u00e8ncia i l\u2019aprenentatge. I si ho pensem b\u00e9, l\u2019aprenentatge tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s necessari per a la superviv\u00e8ncia. Com que aquest \u00e9s l\u2019objectiu principal, al cervell no li agraden els canvis. El cervell se sent m\u00e9s relaxat en entorns, activitats o amb persones conegudes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Quan els entorns o les activitats s\u00f3n noves i les persones desconegudes, el cervell es posa en alerta,<\/strong> ja que interpreta aquestes situacions com a perills potencials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre d\u2019altres, aquesta \u00e9s la ra\u00f3 per la qual moltes persones no nom\u00e9s tenen resist\u00e8ncia als canvis, sin\u00f3 que aquests canvis els generen un gran cansament i, en canvi, en situacions rutin\u00e0ries se senten c\u00f2modes i no noten cap cansament extraordinari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Per descomptat, si es vol canviar aix\u00f2 i convertir-se en persones que se sentin c\u00f2modes i fins i tot gaudeixin amb situacions noves, <strong>aix\u00f2 es pot entrenar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Com preparar-se emocionalment?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cal aprofitar precisament que al cervell li agrada all\u00f2 repetitiu i conegut per ajudar-lo. Posem per exemple aquesta situaci\u00f3: durant el dia es fan activitats normals (treballar, anar a classe, etc.) i a la tarda s\u2019entrena. Aparentment, \u00e9s una activitat rutin\u00e0ria, ja que es fa diverses tardes a la setmana, per\u00f2 si no es fa res espec\u00edfic, probablement quan arribi l\u2019entrenament encara s\u2019arrosseguin pensaments, preocupacions i emocions del dia a dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"742\" src=\"https:\/\/itwsport.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Gestion-emocional-en-el-baloncesto-II-1024x742.jpg\" alt=\"Fotografia de quatre joves participants del programa ITW Sport somrient a la c\u00e0mera.\" class=\"wp-image-3654\" srcset=\"https:\/\/itwsport.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Gestion-emocional-en-el-baloncesto-II-1024x742.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/itwsport.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Gestion-emocional-en-el-baloncesto-II-300x218.jpg 300w, https:\/\/itwsport.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Gestion-emocional-en-el-baloncesto-II-768x557.jpg 768w, https:\/\/itwsport.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Gestion-emocional-en-el-baloncesto-II.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Cal aprofitar que al cervell li agrada all\u00f2 repetitiu i conegut per ajudar-lo.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Per deixar de \u201carrossegar\u201d les situacions del dia, cal utilitzar algunes <strong>rutines que permetin indicar al cervell el canvi d\u2019activitat.<\/strong> Abans dels entrenaments o els partits, ajudar\u00e0 establir certes rutines que indiquin al cervell el canvi d\u2019activitat que es far\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Alguns exemples s\u00f3n: escoltar un tipus de m\u00fasica concret, veure v\u00eddeos inspiradors, llegir alguna lectura que tamb\u00e9 inspiri, preparar la bossa de roba esportiva seguint un ordre determinat, parlar amb una persona espec\u00edfica que pugui ser una font d\u2019inspiraci\u00f3 per al joc, arribar aviat a la pista i perdre\u2019s per algun lloc que li agradi a la persona (vestidors, grades\u2026) buscant la soledat per, durant uns minuts, mentalitzar-se\/relaxar-se, visualitzar l\u2019entrenament que es far\u00e0 (qu\u00e8 es far\u00e0 i com, com es sentir\u00e0 un mateix mentre ho faci, etc.) i activar algun ancoratge que s\u2019hagi creat amb el <strong>coach esportiu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tots aquests exemples s\u00f3n reals i molts esportistes els utilitzen amb regularitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una proposta per acabar: en cas de no estar-ho fent, comen\u00e7ar a posar en pr\u00e0ctica algun dels exemples explicats o algun altre que la persona consideri que li anir\u00e0 millor.
