Per tant, ara m\u00e9s que mai hem de tenir l\u2019obsessi\u00f3 que els jugadors <strong>tornin al seg\u00fcent entrenament amb ganes de participar en tot all\u00f2 que proposem.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una eina que he trobat per fomentar la competici\u00f3 entre els meus jugadors \u00e9s fer una lliga de 3x3 dins l'entrenament dos dies per setmana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Beneficis dels exercicis 3\u00d73 en b\u00e0squet per al desenvolupament dels jugadors:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L'espai de joc \u00e9s m\u00e9s gran ja que hi ha menys jugadors que en una situaci\u00f3 real de partit, per tant el nivell d'incertesa ofensiva i defensiva \u00e9s menor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ens permet enriquir el joc amb conceptes t\u00e8cnic-t\u00e0ctics, ja que \u00e9s l'estructura senar d'igualtat num\u00e8rica que m\u00e9s s'assembla al 5x5.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els jugadors poden fer canvis quan ells decideixin. \u00c9s interessant veure com s'organitzen els jugadors sense l'entrenador, perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s on sorgeixen els l\u00edders i poden crear-se societats entre jugadors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Menor temps de possessi\u00f3, per tant estimulem una major efici\u00e8ncia en el joc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-16018d1d wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-white-color has-vivid-red-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/itwsport.com\/ca\/campus-tecnificacio-estiu\/\">Campus Estiu: Saber-ne m\u00e9s<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Com estructurar la competici\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Intentant que tots els jugadors hagin jugat contra i amb tots abans d\u2019acabar la lliga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si volgu\u00e9ssim treballar conceptes, premiar\u00edem l\u2019aparici\u00f3 i l\u2019efic\u00e0cia dels mateixos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El guanyador de la competici\u00f3 ser\u00e0 el jugador que m\u00e9s punts tingui. Cada jugador s\u2019emporta la puntuaci\u00f3 a la classificaci\u00f3 individual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El sistema de puntuaci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 el seg\u00fcent: Partit guanyat per 3 o m\u00e9s punts = 4 punts. Partit guanyat per menys de 3 punts = 2 punts. Partit perdut = 1 punt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La puntuaci\u00f3 en el partit ser\u00e0 la mateixa que en el reglament oficial de 3x3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El temps de cada partit ser\u00e0 de 6 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El temps de possessi\u00f3 ser\u00e0 de 12\u2019\u2019 i, si hi ha rebot ofensiu, 7\u2019\u2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">10+1 t\u00e0ctiques del 3x3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No permetre que un defensor pugui defensar dos jugadors\/es. Bon spacing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acompanyar les penetracions. Mantenir-se en angles de visi\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixar que el company s\u2019expressi amb la pilota. Aquesta idea consisteix a no interposar-se en el cam\u00ed del company quan executa un avantatge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despr\u00e9s de passar la pilota, continuar sent perill\u00f3s\/a. \u00das del relocate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oferir com a m\u00ednim una l\u00ednia de passada al jugador amb pilota. Treballar per rebre la pilota mitjan\u00e7ant fintes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encadenament d'accions: M\u00e0 a m\u00e0 +BD, BD+BI, BI+BD, Sortida bloquejada pin down, Flares\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disposici\u00f3 de 2 exteriors i 1 interior. Ideal per introduir la idea abans d\u2019ensenyar el 4-1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsabilitat individual dins la defensa col\u00b7lectiva. Negar el centre en la defensa de l\u20191x1 i intentar estar sempre davant de la pilota.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00das del concepte d\u2019embrutar la penetraci\u00f3 mitjan\u00e7ant fintes defensives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estimular l\u2019h\u00e0bit d\u2019atacar el rebot ofensiu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evitar que ens prenguin rebots f\u00e0cilment.
